Zara is step above H&M, which is a step above Forever 21.  They have great trendy stylish merchandise along with quality fabrics.  Their prices are higher than H&M but are so worth it.

The sale that they have going on now only happens twice a year.  Let me tell you...it's unbelievable!! You have to go there.
